Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.

• Retail media, ad tech, digital ad sales, or media industry experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing teams, with a demonstrated ability to set and execute a clear direction for your team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence others and drive business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
