Digital Marketing Specialist (Min. 3 Years of SEO & SEM)

About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of campaign performance and analytics. This role combines strategic paid media management with advanced data analysis to drive measurable business results. You'll own end-to-end campaign optimization while building the data infrastructure that powers our marketing decisions.

What You'll Do

Campaign Performance & Optimization (40%)

• Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, reputed company Campaign Manager, and emerging platforms
• Execute A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
• Implement SEO/SEM best practices to enhance organic visibility and paid search performance
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV

Marketing Analytics & Data Management (40%)

• Build and maintain SQL queries for campaign performance analysis and attribution modeling
• Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Manage data integration between advertising platforms and reputed company CRM
• reputed company predictive models to forecast campaign performance and budget allocation
• Conduct cohort analysis and customer journey mapping to optimize marketing funnels

Strategic Planning & Collaboration (20%)

• Partner with creative teams to align messaging with data-driven insights
• Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT to ensure marketing technology stack integration
• Support email marketing automation and reputed company nurturing workflows

• Proven track record of managing $50K+ monthly ad budgets
