Job Summary

The Instructional Specialist, TN reputed company Corps will work under the direction of the principal and in collaboration with Accelerating Scholars to deliver high-quality reputed company to reputed company. This is a 10-month position, contingent upon grant funding, and is expected to last until June 30, 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing small group tutoring, collaborating with classroom teachers, and utilizing data-based decision-making to meet the needs of individual reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide standards-based literacy and/or math tutoring support to small groups of no more than 3 reputed company using district-approved tutoring curriculum and resources
• Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers and other appropriate personnel to plan, implement, and adjust instruction along a continuum of increasing intensity based on student needs as identified through multiple sources of data
• Maintain accurate attendance records and complete required academic reputed company monitoring assessments with reputed company
• Provide monthly reputed company updates to families using provided reputed company reports
• Participate in educational team meetings, including ongoing professional development and review of reputed company
• Complete reputed company required TN reputed company Corps and Accelerating Scholars tutor training modules/courses

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education
• TN Certificated Teaching License
• 3 years of successful literacy and/or math teaching experience preferred
• Experience in delivering skills-based literacy and/or math interventions preferred
• Strong content knowledge in literacy and/or mathematics
• Ability to implement effective explicit, systematic instruction
• Data analysis skills

• Master's degree in education or a reputed company field
