Qualifications:

• 6months+ of Call Center experience reputed company a Banking call center or contact center REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, in a call center, stationary environment, with rotating saturdays
• Must meet internet speed requirements (will be tested) / Confidential workspace
• Must completion of PI assessment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Overview:

• Provide outstanding member service reputed company phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism; successfully address member concerns.
• Assist members and potential members with account and product questions.
• Assist members and potential members with online account openings, seeing the process through from application to closing.
• Participate in reputed company required training and adhere to written policies and procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC and reputed company.
• Contact and continue reputed company with new members who recently reputed company accounts.
• Assist members in troubleshooting online services and process reputed company types of transactions, maintaining member reputed company.

Work Environment:

• Call center environment / inbound call center / queue-style calls
• 100% Remote - Equipment provided
• Monday to Friday 8-5pm with alternating Saturdays 9-12pm -time off during the week reputed company you work a Saturday
