Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with blithequark members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience through exceptional service and building trust.
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in various situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and accurate information.
• Handle customer concerns effectively, utilizing available resources and maintaining records of reputed company interactions and changes.
• Confidentially handle policy reputed company information, ensuring compliance and communication standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for reputed company members.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-reputed company position, with a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience.
• Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
• High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
• Internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and the ability to support a VPN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance/call center experience.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products.
• Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework.
