About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Experience Enhancement Team. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform and reputed company our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to design, reputed company, and implement new VOC methods and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
