Responsibilities

As a Travel Agent with blithequark, your main goal will be to reputed company every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching various destinations and needs of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
• Diagnosing the clients' specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services
• Organizing travel from beginning to end
• Supplying reputed company with pertinent information and useful travel material
• Collecting deposits and managing client payments
• Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
• Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
• Maintaining relationships with key persons
• Keeping financial statements and documents
• Asking for help and guidance reputed company needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
