Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Customer Experience Representative - Outbound, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing service support to members and providers reputed company phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
• Conducting surveys reputed company to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
• Accurately documenting pertinent details reputed company to member or provider inquiries

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred)
