About the Role

We're looking for an reputed company Retail Keyholder to join reputed company in Store 5954. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a crucial role in executing and supervising reputed company store activities, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met. Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Guest Service: Provide best-in-class guest service by promptly greeting guests, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in meeting their video gaming needs.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Boost sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, recommending additional items, and applying reputed company selling behaviors during each transaction.
• Store Operations: Ensure that reputed company areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Conduct store inventory counts, stock and restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the reputed company of the store.
• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management, and provide timely and appropriate feedback to store management.
• Administrative Duties: Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system, and complete required administrative and operational duties.

Essential Qualifications

• Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience.
• Video Game Knowledge: Video game knowledge is preferred.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.
