Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our members and providers, handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone and email. You will use our computerized system to track calls, gather information, and troubleshoot issues, while providing a high level of customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, and respond reputed company and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer service-reputed company field preferred.
• Communication Skills: Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer Skills: General working knowledge of reputed company Word and Outlook, and computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required.
