About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - RN to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll be responsible for evaluating the quality of healthcare appeals decisions, analyzing results, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Review completed Part A reputed company reconsideration appeal cases to determine the accuracy of summarized facts and assessment of issues involved in the case
• reputed company internal quality determinations on the result of State and Federal case review decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Research reputed company issues using federal and state laws, regulations, and agency policies to inform quality assurance decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of quality review data into reputed company tracking systems, maintaining data reputed company and supporting process improvements
• Provide feedback and education to adjudication staff, promoting professional development and enhancing overall quality
• Participate in collaboration meetings with project leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and driving business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active RN license in the state you're hired in
• A four-year nursing degree (preferred)
• At least two years of clinical experience in general medical care (preferred)

• Knowledge of health regulations, guidelines, and coverage issues

• A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent)
• An advanced degree or professional designation (preferred)
• Knowledge of statistical terminology and use of statistics
