About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - RN to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll be responsible for evaluating the quality of healthcare appeals decisions, analyzing results, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Review completed Part A reputed company reconsideration appeal cases to determine the accuracy of summarized facts and assessment of issues involved in the case
- reputed company internal quality determinations on the result of State and Federal case review decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Research reputed company issues using federal and state laws, regulations, and agency policies to inform quality assurance decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of quality review data into reputed company tracking systems, maintaining data reputed company and supporting process improvements
- Provide feedback and education to adjudication staff, promoting professional development and enhancing overall quality
- Participate in collaboration meetings with project leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and driving business outcomes

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active RN license in the state you're hired in
- A four-year nursing degree (preferred)
- At least two years of clinical experience in general medical care (preferred)
- Clinical Adjudication experience (required)
- High proficiency in reputed company Word and the ability to quickly learn multiple database systems
- Knowledge of health regulations, guidelines, and coverage issues
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent)
- An advanced degree or professional designation (preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical terminology and use of statistics
