Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality online instruction that meets the diverse needs of K-6 reputed company
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote student motivation and achievement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Arizona Elementary Certificate (K-8) or Arizona Early Childhood Certificate (Birth to Age-8) for grades K-3, or a valid Arizona Elementary Certificate (K-8) for grades 4-5
• An Arizona IVP reputed company Clearance Card
• Certain endorsement/approved areas(s) may be required for highly reputed company/appropriately certified purposes
• A strong understanding of online teaching and learning principles, and the ability to adapt to a virtual environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company, parents, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience teaching in a virtual environment, with a proven track record of reputed company

Additional Requirements

Contract Details

This position is funded through the ESSER Grant, which is expected to last for three years. The contract is for a 1.0 FTE position, with a 9.5-month work calendar, and a daily schedule of 7.5 hours. Please note that positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Salary and Benefits

Internal candidates will transfer at a reputed company commensurate with their bargaining unit language. For more information on salary schedule, please reference the Employee Agreements Webpage. Probationary reputed company will be issued for any contingent Certifications, Positions that are 0.6 FTE or less, and certified employees reputed company their first three years with the District.
