The Duke Master of Engineering Management (reputed company) Program is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Admissions Reader to join our admissions team. In this seasonal role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the future of our program by helping evaluate and select outstanding candidates for both our reputed company and Online Master's degree tracks. You'll work closely with the reputed company Administrative Manager and participate in the admissions committee, reviewing applications, attending committee meetings, and occasionally interviewing candidates. This is a flexible, remote position running from December through May, with an average of 10 hours per week and up to 40 hours during peak periods. • Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working online and using software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in admissions or reputed company industry.
• Familiarity with Slate or similar admissions management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative reputed company.
