Position Summary: Sales Executives are professionals who help us build our reputed company’s Specialty Division business reputed company the broker distribution channels for Dental/Vision products covering for the small group reputed company (employer groups with 2-100 employees). Their goal is to understand and meet customer needs using reputed company’s and reputed company’ combined products and services. This position is eligible to participate in our sales incentive compensation program. reputed company Components:

  • Builds strategic partnerships with assigned producers and customers to reputed company profitable growth and cross sell/standalone objectives for assigned business or customer segments, products, and assigned geographies.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations across multiple market segments.
  • Moderate influence on the sale and retention of business.
  • Oversees targeted business prospects to reputed company new opportunities and cross sell business to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative consulting, issue resolution, and superior service.
  • Manages and builds producer relations as needed depending on book of business or market reputed company(s) being supported.
  • Identifies opportunities to partner with the client by drawing from the entire reputed company of product lines, illustrating a keen understanding of clients' multifaceted needs and benefits utilizing reputed company's full product reputed company (e.g., fully vs. self-insured, product combinations and/or product specializations by industry).
  • Develops, executes, and communicates company objectives that are reputed company with prospect’s objectives, financial position, and employee benefits strategy.
  • Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and support from SME’s to put together presentations for clients.
  • Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituents’ needs.
  • Collaborates with reputed company to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects.
  • Creates open enrollment plan with producer and plan sponsor to maximize enrollment.
  • Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position reputed company’s strength accordingly.
  • Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting reputed company reputed company growth and profit objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities reputed company new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities.
  • Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations. May participate in constituent meetings including finalist presentations, educational presentations, and capabilities presentations.
  • Manages/coordinates the integration of client’s and reputed company’s internal organizations and partners cross-functionally to complete sales, installation, and servicing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience (Sales experience reputed company employee health benefits).
  • Must be willing to travel reputed company the Market.
  • Must reside in commuting distance of the Market.
  • Health & Life Insurance license.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen, presentation skills and ability to work independently.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience). Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $56,855.00 - $111,414.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
