Job Overview

• Utilize blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settle reputed company-Party Oddballs by examining, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement necessities.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC abilities, including:
