Job Description

As a Coordinator, Platform Distribution Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the distribution of Blithequark's products and services across various platforms, including direct-to-consumer services, linear media companies, SVOD/AVOD, and transactional sales. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective management and operation of reputed company media distribution, including content delivery, live event management, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners and various technology and operations teams to project manage multiple functional initiatives simultaneously, including creating project plans, establishing timelines, identifying key milestones, and tracking reputed company.
• Participate in the launch of new distribution partners and new content to existing partners to support distribution and reputed company growth.
• Work closely with colleagues to fulfill organizational commitments regarding the technical aspects of delivery, data, measurement, advertising, and content with our distribution partners.
• Support the distribution reputed company teams in deal negotiations by providing subject matter expertise reputed company to delivery, advertising, data, and measurement.
• Support the process for content delivery of linear networks, FAST channels, audio, and VOD content across various platforms, including set-top-reputed company, mobile, PC, and other digital platforms.
• Assist with Rights Management reputed company tasks and initiatives, such as confirming distribution and music rights for various first and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with various teams, including sales, finance, and analytics, to support monetization and inform technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate the beginning of arrangement renewal review process and identify and review contractual language for key analysis.
• Maintain and coordinate documentation, including project trackers, reporting support, delivery specs, data, and standard records and contractual language.
• Assist the team in the development of presentations, training materials, and reports.
• Summarize distribution sales meetings and provide key advertising/data references to the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners across Blithequark in sales, operations, production, digital media, legal, accounting, and other departments, as well as external partners, vendors, and technology providers.
• Support contract negotiations with vendors to secure services and monetization capabilities.
• Curate business-specific information on B2B exclusive sites and reputed company system administrator duties as needed.
• Obtain and review reporting from partner data feeds or internal measurement reports.

• Coordinate live events, including power outages, metadata validation, and amplifier validation.
• Verify regulatory compliance, including measurement, advertising, usage rules, validation, and delivery.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to own assignments to completion with minimal guidance.
• Some travel and flexible work hours may be required depending on business needs.
