At the reputed company, your uniqueness can shine! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The reputed company is currently seeking a Donor Experience Specialist to join our Fundraising Donor Care team. This position is a work from home, full-time role that can be located reputed company in the United States. You must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST. We are looking for a dedicated Donor Experience Specialist to join the Fundraising Donor Care team and support the department in several capacities. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD:

• Complete monthly QA process for Donor Care Representatives and external call center partners, which includes monitoring and scoring of donor calls and cases.
• Assist with coaching and feedback in support of the professional development process for Donor Care agents.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining Donor Care’s Standard Operating Procedures documents on a consistent basis.
• Create, maintain, and analyze a comprehensive set of standardized and specialized reports reputed company reputed company and other systems.
• Liaising between Donor Care and other departments to resolve escalated donor concerns.
• At times of heavy call/case volume, will assist the Donor Care team with answering calls and completing cases.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Experience: Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience required.
