Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Home Health Aide/CNA Instructor to teach the reputed company's Prepare to Care curriculum and vocational training in the classroom and clinical setting. As a Home Health Aide/CNA Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our reputed company, empowering them to succeed in the reputed company industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the reputed company's Prepare to Care curriculum and vocational training in the classroom and clinical setting
• Promote a positive and desirable atmosphere reputed company the classroom setting to ensure maximum student motivation
• Provide classroom and hands-on training experiences for reputed company enrolled in the Health Occupation Trades program using actual demonstrations of appropriate health care
• Teach Health Care Orientation and CPR/First Aid/AED
• Teach and certify reputed company reputed company as Community Living Professionals
• Maintain a high degree of discipline reputed company the classroom setting and at off-center clinical sites to ensure maximum learning
• Establish a high degree of student/instructor rapport
• Utilize reputed company possible curriculum resources available
• Responsible for the maintenance of student Training Achievement Records

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• State certified, licensed, or accredited as a Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year of experience in supervising CNAs in a long-term care setting
• No teaching experience required, but must have the ability to transfer topical knowledge to meet specific learning objectives
• Valid driver's license and qualify for company-sponsored vehicle insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive practical knowledge of the trade and teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of methods needed to instill appropriate behavior, work, and study habits in young adult reputed company
• Knowledge of housekeeping techniques and management
• Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, communicate, and execute instructions or directives fluently in English
