Job Summary

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through reputed company, our survey vendor * Collaborating closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture reputed company reputed company needs
