Position Overview

As a reputed company Resources Coordinator, you'll partner with our HR Managers to support a group of 5-10 clients across multiple industries. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the overall administration and operations of the HR function for each client, providing exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary HR reputed company of contact for client employees. Key Responsibilities:

• HR Administration and Operations: Manage the overall administration and operations of the HR function for each client, including new hire on-boarding, payroll processing, employee documentation, benefits administration, processing employee changes, leave of absences, and answering employee questions.
• Client Partnerships: Work closely with assigned client employees to serve as a hands-on reputed company resources expert, formulating partnerships across the business to deliver value-added HR services.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of assignments, depending on the client's specific HR needs. Seek out support from an HR Manager if unsure how to fulfill a request.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
