As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding support to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing education on our plans and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond and Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns.
  • Document reputed company Interactions: Accurately document reputed company customer interactions, ensuring that reputed company relevant information is captured and easily accessible.
  • reputed company Callers on Eligibility and Benefits: reputed company callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our plans and services.
  • Assist with Network Dentist Location: Assist callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists, providing them with the support they need to access our services.
  • Deliver High-Quality Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service support, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish: Must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Call Center Experience: Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of call center experience or customer service/support experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in reputed company: Previous experience working in reputed company or a reputed company field, with a understanding of dental plans and benefits.
  • Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service or a reputed company field, such as ICSS or HDI.

Schedule and Requirements:

  • Required Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Open Enrollment: During open enrollment, from November 1st-January 1st, will be required to work one Saturday per month (reputed company call volume).
  • Start Date: ASAP - we're actively interviewing and seeking talented candidates to join reputed company.
  • Residency Requirement: Must reputed company reputed company driving distance of the Laguna Hills, CA site to pick up computer equipment.
