Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility and claims status, providing accurate and timely information to members and providers.
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that reputed company interactions are courteous and respectful.
