Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of requisitions, balancing urgency and quality in every search.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strong recruiting strategies.

• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and support team goals by aligning efforts with peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience in construction management, skilled trades, utility construction or reputed company industries highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow, while staying reputed company with the broader recruiting team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent relationship management skills with both candidates and hiring teams.
