  • The

Training and Development Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs to employees and ensuring they reputed company the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.

Specialist will conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, utilizing various learning methods, tools, and resources to create an interactive and positive learning experience.

  • Facilitate

  • Adjust

  • Assist

in the development and maintenance of training materials, guides, and resources that can be used for ongoing learning or as reference materials.

  • Ensure

that reputed company training materials are updated and remain relevant, accessible, and reputed company with the latest industry trends or organizational needs. Collaboration with Training Team:

  • Collaborate

with the Training Manager and other team members to continuously improve training programs and ensure they align with the organization's learning and development goals.
