Job Summary

The Manager, Sales Development is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize profitable sales opportunities reputed company large chain customers or channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business, as well as the ability to build enduring relationships with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and reputed company customized business plans that drive growth and profitability for both the customer and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large chain customers or channels, understanding their business needs and objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to reputed company and implement business plans and solutions.
  • Performance Measurement: Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations.

Essential Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years: Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably in sales, marketing, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum 2 years: Experience in consumer products or direct store delivery sales, major account management.
  • Business Planning: Experience in developing successful annual business plans and pricing strategies for retail customers.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Above-average computer skills, with experience in reputed company Office and other productivity software.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and driving record reputed company MVR policy guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience: Experience in the Coca-Cola system.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Intermediate computer and database application skills.
  • Bilingual Ability: Bilingual ability (Spanish).
