Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training methods.
• Implement behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client individualized treatment plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, supporting them in implementing strategies to promote client reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by the BCBA.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition programs.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To reputed company as a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
