Summary: The Call Center Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to our call center staff. Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handle reputed company overnight request for the call center team Respond and handle email inquiries Excellent organization skills with the ability to work as a team and independently Ability to multi-task between various software programs Solid analytical skills Other duties as assigned Competencies: Problem Solving – the ability to solve problems and understand reputed company and unfamiliar information.
