Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home Opportunity at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, using reputed company' solution information reputed company strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter patient and medication data into the system.
• Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
