Job Overview

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company and public sector clients by providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. You will be working from home, using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
• Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers and promote our clients' products and services

Candidate Qualifications
