We are seeking candidates for the following shifts in Eastern Time Shift 1: 6:00pm-4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday) Shift 2: 6:00pm-4:30am (Monday, Tuesday Saturday and Sunday) Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ, NH, TX or FL Board of Pharmacy. Key job responsibilities ● Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling ● Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues ● Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered. ● Researching and completing customer requests reputed company reputed company tickets.
