We are seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and reputed company top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and move reputed company exceptional candidates quickly.

Scope of Services

• reputed company, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions and product postions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company talent.
• Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
• Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay reputed company on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Experience

Required

• 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle corporate reputed company for technical roles, particularly Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills.
• Experience working on roles reputed company Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning/AI, Data, etc.
• Background reputed company for Contract roles or you have worked with Global Employment Platforms.
• Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
• Experience using reputed company ATS and reputed company Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English. 
• SaaS/tech industry experience 
• Experience reputed company in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.) 

Preferred

• Experience in reputed company for tech companies or startups.
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)

This position works remotely and is hireable in Latin America (Mexico; Colombia; Brazil; Argentina; Chile).
