Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Settling customer shipments and preparing monthly claims with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks, and ensuring that reputed company financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Generating and emailing customers settlement reports, and providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Verifying customer logs and ensuring that reputed company data is accurate and complete
  • Maintaining electronic and reputed company filing systems, and ensuring that reputed company documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Communicating with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and performing other office-reputed company duties
  • Working on other office administrative-reputed company assignments, and providing support to the team as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma with some college education and/or 1 year of office work experience (previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), and ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete records
