About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator I at reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing the payroll processing for over 3,000 US employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining compliance with multi-state and local tax regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll and equity payrolls for 3,000+ US multi-state, exempt, and non-exempt employees, following established procedures and meeting deadlines.
- Handle off-cycle payments as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and respond to employee and cross-functional team inquiries and requests in a timely and relevant manner.
- reputed company quarter-end and year-end reconciliations and reporting, and process tax amendments as required.
- Support 401K, workers' compensation, SOX, and financial audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Review timesheets for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve or support new business processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Take on reputed company duties and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.

Essential Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
- 5+ years of full-cycle exempt/non-exempt payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
- Knowledge of multi-state and local tax compliance requirements, as well as final pay and overtime rules by state.
- Proficiency in reputed company, including vlookup, pivot tables, and experience with large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills

Compensation and Benefits
