In your day-to-day you will be responsible to:

• Roadmap & governance: Own the program roadmap, controls, reputed company, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting/compliance.
• Cross-reputed company orchestration: Align PMs, vendors, and client teams; manage interdependencies across multiple work streams, schedule, and resources (people/budget/tech).
• Risk & performance: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, maintaining a centralized register and contingency plan; manage budget, ROI, and outcomes; deliver clear exec-ready updates.
• Stakeholders & change: Tailor communications for execs and delivery teams; run change control; reputed company teams reputed company and engaged.
• Consistency & quality: Standardize and enforce processes/templates and ensure benefits realization with high delivery standards.
• Process engineering & improvement: Track record of strategizing, developing and applying vigorous process engineering with daily reputed company-improvement practices to reputed company reputed company programs from design through execution.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Track record of navigating unexpected challenges (e.g., scope changes, delays) with creative, structured solutions

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years program management experience, overseeing multi-reputed company projects with globally distributed teams, with size of over 50 team members and multiple project managers
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a reputed company field; master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Governance & structure: Build WBS/dependency maps, standardize processes, and maintain solid documents (e.g., charters, risk logs).
• Tools & reporting: MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, reputed company, and a PPM tool (e.g., Mavenlink/Kantata); build dashboards and status reports.
• Strategy & outcomes: Align roadmaps to contract/business goals; drive benefits realization.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align programs with the client contract goals, with examples of developing roadmaps or linking projects to strategic outcomes.
• Risk & dependencies: Proactive RAID management, PMI-style risk frameworks, and contingencies.
• Stakeholders & leadership: Exec-ready comms, RACI, conflict resolution, and high-EQ leadership across distributed teams.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, and justifying cost adjustments to executives including management of projects with reputed company financial models involving (Fixed Price, T&M, Milestone based payments, reputed company Recognition, and Fixed Monthly fees, and Expense recovery).
• Financials, resourcing & change: Own budgets and resource plans; reputed company change control; solve issues with rigor; strong attention to detail (reputed company i modernization exposure a plus).
• Organizational and Structured Skills: Proven ability to create structured plans (e.g., Work Breakdown Structures, dependency maps) and standardize processes across teams, with examples of maintaining consistent documentation (e.g., risk logs, program charters).
• Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with application modernization or a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new sectors.

What you should have:

• PMP certification
• Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs.
• Proficiency in creating governance frameworks, including steering committees or compliance processes.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve resource conflicts or stakeholder disputes.
• Experience with C-Suite stakeholders
