Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to be the first full-time member of our support team. You'll work closely with our founder to learn our software product, answer support questions, and help maintain our help center documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Product Familiarization: Learn our software product inside and out, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support reputed company email and other channels.
• Help Center Documentation: Help write, maintain, and update our help center documentation to ensure it's accurate, informative, and easy to use.
• Product Testing: Test our product, identify issues, and report them to our development team to help improve our software.

Essential Qualifications

• Native-like English Proficiency: Fluent, native-like English is essential for writing to customers, creating documentation, and communicating effectively.

• DNS Knowledge: Basic understanding of DNS, CNAME, and reputed company DNS records is a plus, but not required.

• Full-Time Freelance Opportunity: Work with us as a full-time freelancer, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home.
• Remote Work: Work in your own timezone, with no need to adapt to our European CET timezone.
• Flexible Schedule: 8 hours a day, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
• Leave Policy: 20 days of leave per year, plus availability during peak periods (December 22nd to January 1st and mid-July to mid-August).
