As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:- Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
- Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
- Collaborating with the sales team, sharing reputed company, and implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role
