Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support and greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Assessing in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
