Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
- Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
- Processing a variety of orders and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in reputed company
- Utilizing a range of tools and technologies, including MS Office, MS reputed company, and the Customer Contact Tool
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
