Job Summary

We're looking for a full-time Driver reputed company Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to communicate with delivery professionals and help them navigate the reputed company process. As a Driver reputed company Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and providing exceptional customer service to our delivery professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Application Review: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
• Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with reputed company driver-applicants (training provided).
• Communication: Communicate with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
• Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
• Data Entry: reputed company data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and internal stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or above preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in reputed company/reputed company gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service.
• Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Work Environment: Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business environment, including data entry, HR, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service.
