Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound sales inquiries using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology
  • Providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our clients' products and services
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and recognize sales opportunities
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes reputed company interacting with customers
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction and ensuring reputed company resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
  • The ability to read and speak English fluently
