About the Role

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them
• Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
• Experience working in a reputed company environment (or a strong desire to learn and grow in this space)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
• 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
• Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications
