A Day in the Life

As a Senior Program Marketing Specialist, US Customer Programs, you will be responsible for managing peer-to-peer education supporting our RDN reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing execution of the established reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series: in-person peer to peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) offerings.
• Supporting field sales reps and market development specialists on execution of programmatic offerings.
• Liaising with HCP faculty to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of event.
• Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
• Project managing and gaining approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs.
• Working with internal partners to reputed company promotional items.
• Collaborating with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to reputed company topic-specific content and webinars to support reputed company educational needs.
• Building a strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of the reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure and determining what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support launch acceleration.
• Traveling required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, Rep Training (up to 20% of the time).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or reputed company industry (3+ years with Advanced Degree)
• Preferred: Masters or other Advanced Degree
• Content Development experience for HCPs
• US marketing experience in reputed company matrix business structure
• Ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information
• Previous experience interacting with internal teams, sales force, senior management, and customers
• Digital Marketing experience
• Market Development experience
• Presentation skills
• Experience with reputed company.com

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $90,400.00 - $135,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive reputed company the reputed company Incentive Plan (MIP). The reputed company salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered reputed company complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
