Job Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch customer service to patients and reputed company providers. In this remote role, you'll handle high-volume call center support, educating patients on the enrollment process, managing status inquiries, and coordinating deliveries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
