Responsibilities

As an reputed company Driver reputed company Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with reputed company driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and reputed company status
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient reputed company processes
• Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the reputed company process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, reputed company resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
