Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Resolve technical issues reputed company to hardware, software, and client products, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless customer interactions.
• Demonstrate expertise in client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a preferred familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers, aligning with their needs and preferences.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a plus.
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
