About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support reputed company inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for advising members on benefits, responding to consumer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits, respond to consumer inquiries, and resolve issues
• Provide education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests
• Meet performance goals established for the position in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendance
• Own consumer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Demonstrate reputed company and good listening skills to build trust with customers

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company (previous experience in a call center environment is a plus)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Previous sales or benefits experience (ideal but not required)
