Key Responsibilities

• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree

• A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
• The ability to satisfy FAA criminal history background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• The ability to obtain proper airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company identifications, if applicable
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and reputed company requirements
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:

• Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Administration Systems
• Previous face-to-face Customer service experience
• Experience working in a high-speed environment
