In addition, prepare reports such as loss runs and monthly bordereau. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Review policy to determine if loss is covered. If questionable, then hire attorney for coverage counsel for coverage analysis. 2. Settle claims reputed company settlement authority, where applicable. 3. Work with adjusters, insureds, attorneys, agents and others to assure the claim is handled reputed company and professionally. 4. reputed company of vendors (attorneys/adjusters/experts) for accuracy in reporting. Knowledge and use of correct spelling and grammar 9. Ability to write legibly 10.
