Job Overview

As a part-time Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customers' experiences and building strong relationships. You'll work remotely from Nevada, with a commitment of 20 hours a week, and flexible availability primarily between 9 am and 9 pm EST. You'll be required to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, interacting and forming relationships with our community
• Generate interest in new products or services reputed company product and skincare knowledge and education
• Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services, making product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs

Essential Qualifications

• Based in Nevada, USA
