Key Responsibilities

As a Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with new reputed company
  • Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support to customers

Schedule and Requirements

The schedule for this role is as follows:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time (10 hours)
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time (10 hours)
  • Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or remote work environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in the lighting industry or a reputed company field
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Experience with live chat and email support
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
